Tutorial System
The college follows a Tutorial system which will help the students to improve their studies systemically and support the parents to know the academic status of their students in the college. Each class will be monitored by a Class Tutor who will be responsible for preparing the attendance statements, Internal Marks Statements and a Progress Report of each student. The details of the students will be discussed with the parents by the class tutor during the class PTA. There will be 2 class PTAs in a single semester. A tutorial record kept in each department.
College Library
The library of the college offers plenty of syllabus oriented text books published by eminent authors and general books, newspapers, periodicals and journals.
A digital library is functioning in associations with general library which give e – learning facilities for the students
- The library will be open from 9.00 pm to 4.30 pm on all working days and Saturdays from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm.
- College Identity Card is compulsory for every visit to library. The students shouldproduce their identity cards to the library staff on demand.
- Books will be issued for a period of 14 days. It can be renewed for a further period of 14 days. After the period, a fine of Rs. 1/- day per book will be charged.
- Two books at a time are issued for UG students. Three Books at a time are issued for PG students.
- Books damaged or lost must be replaced or two times of the book value should be paid by the borrower.
- Books will be issued from 09.10 am to 04.00 pm.
- Books taken out of library should be submitted by the borrower at any time as per the recall.
Ragging Prohibition
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the authority will expel the student from the institution if it found true and other actions will be taken as per the Kerala State Ragging Prohibition Act.
Students Support Services
A student support center is functioning inside the campus which is capable for meeting the student needs. The center offers services such as special care, social service opportunities, career guidance and vocational education.
Counseling Center
A counseling center is functioning inside the campus to assists the students and parents to share their psycho social issues to identify possible alternate ways of life. The center is equipped with a relaxation corner and services of a social worker.
Mentoring Cell
A social specialist is associated with the college to monitor the day today progress and development of the student.
Co Curricular Activities
National Service Scheme
College has 1 National Service Scheme aided unit (No. 205) under Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam with a total strength of 100 NSS volunteers. Special Camping Programme and regular activities are organised by the NSS unit every year. The unit promotes campus community partnership projects which will results the personality development of volunteers. Unit organized South Zone Pre RD Parade Camp during 2017 at Sree Sabareesa College Campus and volunteers attended several National Level Camps.

Rural Entrepreneurship Development Cell
Sree Sabreesa College has constituted a Rural Entrepreneurship Development Cell within the campus and the college is recognized as a member of National Rural Entrepreneurship Mission, Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India. College has formed and actively functioning a team consist of Student Development Officers for handling placement and internship, personality, technology, entrepreneurship and rural engagement with the mission of inculcating entrepreneurship among students.

Anti Human Trafficking Club
Anti-Human Trafficking Club is a movement promoted by the trainee social workers of Sree Sabareesa College to effectively tackle the issues faced by the local community due to human trafficking. The Club is affiliated to International Justice Mission (IJM), is a global organisation that protects the most vulnerable from violence and oppression irrespective of their gender, community, caste, race, and ethnicity. Students are visiting tribal and rural backward villages and regularly organizing awareness, advocacy and education programmes to prevent human trafficking. National – International resources are channelized by the students to the village areas through the AHTC to address the issues in a sustainable approach.
